Big Feelings and A Need for Focus
Not sure about you all but being thrown into "schooling at home" (its not homeschooling - that's so different and a topic for another day) thing when I wasn't expecting it or prepared for it, not to mention all the extra screen time, has created a lot of chaos in our home. From big feelings, strong opinions, fights to get work done and the constant distractions - it's been tough.
Thankfully I have tools in my tool belt and wanted to share what we are using to help with the big feelings and the lack of focus.
Feelings Dropper
🌟 Orange
🌟 White Angelica
🌟 Surrender
Mix about 10 drops of each in a dropper bottle (or use an old 15 ml empty bottle or a roller), top with carrier oil. Apply to wrists or back of neck as needed.
Focus Roller
🌟 Lavender
🌟 Cedarwood
🌟 Vetiver
🌟 Frankincense
Mix about 10-12 drops of each in a roller bottle, fill with a carrier oil and swipe on neck before starting school work or work from home. You can also diffuse this nearby your work area to help concentration and focus.
